The reception will be held on the Ocean Lawn in front of the pool area.  On this map the ceremony location is marked with a red square and the reception tent location is marked with a small yellow square.

We will be hosting a buffet-style dinner with reserved seating followed by dancing and plenty of ongoing celebration!  We hope that guests will enjoy the scenery and take walks on the beach, but we don't recommend taking a dip in the ocean.  The oceanfront area is rocky with strong waves and undercurrents.  It's beautiful to look at but not safe to swim in!

Sunset is around 7:00pm and you can expect the temperature to drop about 5 degrees after the sun goes down; sometimes breezes pick up, too, so bring a light sweater or cover-up just in case.  Kauai is also known for sudden (and sometimes intense!) passing rain showers.  if this happens, we can all huddle under the tent until it passes.
